◆ Long service life:The average service life of the electroplated nickel alloy shaped billet mold copper plate is more than 30,000 tons, which is twice that of the conventional electroplated copper plate; The 2250-type slab mold copper plate using the spraying process with a throughput of 270,000 tons, which is about 2 times that of the conventional electroplated copper plate.
Remarks:
The company has a nickel plated alloy production line imported from Japan for slab and special-shaped billet copper plates, which can electroplate slab copper plates with a maximum length of 2500 mm and various special-shaped billet copper plates. The nickel plated alloy of copper plates mainly includes two elements Ni-Co and three elements Ni-Co-W. With the continuous improvement of the requirements of continuous casting production line, the company has introduced copper plate spraying technology according to the characteristics of slab mold, and the maximum steel throughput of copper plate of slab can reach 300000 tons. In 2011, the technology of electroplating nickel alloy on the mold copper plate has been awarded as China leading technology product , and obtained 7 relevant invention patents and 8 utility model patents.
