Zunwei Fen,senior engineer and vice-chairman of Baosteel Roll Technique Center, brought a vivid and pratical modern technique management training. From the development of modern technique management technology, based on the importance of technique management to manufacture industry and their close relationship, he introduced the technique management in three steps of product development,technique designing and producton site. He pointed out that only the staff gave full play to their sense of owner-ship, strengthen the awareness of technique management, develop technique research and explore new technique actively,can we reduce technique cost, improve quality and get more benefits.
More than forty employees, inclluding technicians,section chiefs,inspectors and production managers from relevant departments took part in this training.
